Terms of Service

Last updated: October 21, 2026

These terms apply to the OnlineNexus Access website at onlinenexus.org/accessibility, including the free accessibility scan and the guides. Please read them before using the scan.

1. Who we are

OnlineNexus Access ("we", "us") is run by Peter Pavelka, an individual based in Ireland. You can contact us at hello@onlinenexus.org.

2. We are not a law firm

3. The free scan

4. Acceptable use

The scan is intended for checking a website you own or manage, or one you have permission to test. You agree not to:

We may block requests that we reasonably believe break these rules. If you run a website and do not want our scanner to visit it, email hello@onlinenexus.org and we will add it to a block list.

5. Paid services (fix pack and monitoring)

Paid services are not available yet. Before we start any paid work, we will send you a written quote or order that sets out the scope of work, price, timing, payment terms, and cancellation and refund terms. That document, together with these terms, will form our agreement. In general:

6. Guides and other content

Our guides are general technical information, written in good faith and linked to their sources, but they may become out of date. They are not legal advice and are not a substitute for advice about your situation. The content of this website is our copyright; you may share links and quote short extracts with attribution.

7. Liability

The website, the free scan and the guides are provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty that they are accurate, complete or available, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of them or reliance on them, including any decision about a legal claim. For paid services, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned, unless the written agreement for that service says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.

9. Contact
